This policy applies to “VISUALemoji Tools”, an internal tool operated by Studio Symmetric (business registration no. 593-08-02559).
회사 직원이 구글 계정으로 허락한 경우에 한해, 회사가 운영하는 유튜브 채널의 분석 수치(조회수·시청 시간·트래픽 출처)와 채널 정보, 회사 구글 드라이브의 업무 파일에 접근합니다. 일반 이용자의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
Only when a company staff member grants access with their Google account, we access analytics (views, watch time, traffic sources) and basic info of YouTube channels the company operates, and work files in the company Google Drive. We do not collect personal data from the general public.
자사 채널 성과를 집계하고 영상 발행 작업을 하는 데만 씁니다. 광고·판매·제3자 제공에 쓰지 않습니다.
Used only to report our own channels’ performance and to run our publishing workflow. Never sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties.
구글이 발급한 접근 토큰은 회사가 관리하는 서버·PC에 암호화된 접근 제한 상태로 보관하며, 수치 기록은 업무에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관합니다.
Access tokens issued by Google are stored with restricted access on company-managed servers and computers. Analytics records are kept only as long as needed for our work.
언제든 구글 계정 › 보안 › 타사 앱 액세스에서 권한을 철회할 수 있고, 아래 메일로 요청하면 보관된 토큰과 기록을 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
You can revoke access anytime at Google Account › Third-party access. Email us and we will delete stored tokens and records without delay.
VISUALemoji Tools’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
